All our rates are retail and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to offer sales and pricing discounts on an as needed basis. No price difference refunds will be granted to any prior reservations.

Confirmation of Booking

Clients are to pay in full at the time of confirming a booking unless by prior arrangement.

Payment Vouchers

Payment vouchers must state the name of company, the exact number of clients and date, and full payment made.

Cancellation of Booking and Refund Policy

Cancellations within 1 month are not refundable.

For missed tours there will be no refund.

On very rare occasions, Escape to Marlborough must cancel all or part of a tour, including in response to insufficient sales. If we cancel the entire tour, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, mechanical difficulties, sickness, family emergencies that may occur during or prior to your trip.

Vehicle Cleaness / Damage

We reserve the right to impose a fee for any damage done to the vehicle or any out of the ordinary cleaning made necessary by our passengers.
